Seize the moment!

Today, I spent the morning doing errands without the boys (Just me time! YAY!). I arrived back at the farm and found my awesome husband cleaning and organizing the equipment barn! If I’m honest, we basically just threw all our garage stuff and boxes in there last year when we moved here. It’s been a challenge trying to cram the huge lawnmower and four wheelers in there. At any rate, I was so excited that I threw my shopping bags onto the kitchen counter and ran out to the barn to help.

I was just in time to move the big stack of cement blocks left by the previous owner. WOO HOOO! You may not think that was something to be excited about. But I seized the moment to put together my new compost bin!

…but your Father already knows your needs. Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and he will give you everything you need. Luke 12:30-31 NLT

I am continually amazed by how God already has resources, opportunities, people- everything in place before we even know need it. When we’re connected to Him and operating in His will, we can see the exact moments that His hand meets our efforts. Going to finish this with the wood in the equipment barn that the previous owner left behind! God is good.

Just needs the wood!
